pretty crazy tech normalized pay-per token for llms. now they can charge you by the byte.
you know your old when you go to home depot to kill time
wait i thought itโs popcorn smell?
very good. dug out and filled a dozen potholes. much better ๐
this morning on the way to the hardware store, I saw a guy and his son trying to push their suv onto the shoulder of the road. i stopped, helped, and then drove the guy to the gas station and back. he offered to top up my tank for the trouble and i accepted. for lunch we went to a local farm. enjoyed a meal outside and bought 3 pumpkins. on the way out i saw a sign for their vineyard, so figured id buy a bottle of wine too. support your local community. give more than you take.
๐ itโs a trend to watch, for sure.
i expected no less! itโs wild to me that your season starts in october. im lucky to get out in december
im seeing a lot of go kart talk on nostr today and i just want to let you know - i will beat any and all of you mf in a go kart race. i am a beast in a kart.
interesting shift. website operators have historically paid the resource utilization and subsidized the spend with subscription models. now they can effectively meter the bytes in/out. the spigot dries up when your credits run out. is this the v4v weโve been seeking?
!!!

i used to drag my tired and often hungover ass to work at 5am so i could earn minimum wage making coffee for crabby people. it builds character. would recommend.
twitter, and any centrally controlled corporate social media system, is an engagement farm. these systems farm engagement because engagement drives profits and control. the most effective way to farm engagement and control is through fear and outrage. be careful where you engage.
openbsd is rooted in security first. simple clean code, devs/maintainers of critical packages like openssh and pf.
