pretty sure the harness is adding the reactions. agent probably isnt a member of the channel. there’s an open github issue. i worked around by using buzz-cli and manually adding the agent to the channel

i think i had to set the buzz relay env var and then run the client. there’s a relay in the codebase. it was a real pain in the ass to get this thing running. and agents joining. and pretty much everything else.
