Not saying I actually believe Iran is about to normalize $1 million bitcoin tolls through the strait, but IF THEY DID, would it be possible currently? Lightning Network has settled a million dollar transaction in seconds. We're talking ~$20m a day in tolls. Could it handle this kind of volume?
