Even though there are many constraints, I have chosen them myself and decided to accept them again and again. To me, life is not a burden; in a sense, I live it with lightness. I don't believe in attaching importance to material things, but rather to love: love for our children and love for you ❤️. Living a life of love with you is sometimes associated with apparent heaviness. It makes us vulnerable and can be painful at times. But at the same time, it gives my life meaning that nothing else could. I don't strive for the greatest possible ease in life. I live a meaningful life and enjoy the ease and the heaviness. Ease is letting go and accepting transience.
