"Gradually Then Suddenly" by "Gradually Then Suddenly is a series of signed, numbered and hand-embellished prints on 290 gsm paper w/ a pearlescent mica coating. The graffiti symbols were originally created w/ a mop pen, vectorized and foiled on a copper plate die heated to 175F. The symbols were then embossed w/ a separate copper plate heated to 250F to provide depth to the works."
SEEKING WRITERS FOR THE BITCOIN ART MAGAZINE WEBSITE ⚡️ We are going to start working on the digital publication side of things for Bitcoin Art Magazine. I am looking for artists and writers interested in writing ~700-2000 word articles about bitcoin art and culture to be published on our website. Select pieces will also be featured in the print publication. Discovery pieces, features/interviews, opinion pieces. This is an opportunity to improve your own SEO & grow with us as a voice in bitcoin art. Currently I do not have the budget to pay for writing, but hopefully I will in the future. You must be semi-proficient in writing. I have a list of subject matter that needs written about, but I am also open to whatever you want to write about as long as it is relevant and in alignment with our mission. If this is something you would be interested in please reach out here: https://bitcoinartmagazine.com/contact

Artist Feature ⚡️ "Combining his love for painting on the streets, he set up his easel in front of a Chase Bank branch in Van Nuys, California, and began to capture on canvas what was in front of him, while also making it appear as though the bank was on fire. After a couple of hours someone called the police, and soon the LAPD arrived, asking him questions such as, “Do you hate these banks?” and wrote up an incident report. Three weeks later, Homeland Security chillingly showed up at his studio with even more questions. The LA Times caught wind of the story, published an article that appeared on the cover of the business section, and the story blew up worldwide from there." # bitcoinart #artstr
Artist Feature ⚡️ 🎨 "George Bodine is a self-taught artist and former Navy fighter pilot whose paintings blend Renaissance painterly realism with his deep interest in Bitcoin. His journey in the Bitcoin world inspired two standout pieces, "God Bestows Bitcoin to Adam" and "God Bestows Bitcoin to Eve," created for the 2022 Bitcoin Miami Bitcoin Magazine conference.“ Both pieces are published in the Genesis Edition of Bitcoin Art Magazine.
Artist Feature ⚡️ "Bitcoin Guitar & Cowboy Bitcoin Guy" "The Bitcoin Guitar was used in the writing and recording of the Blues Before Bitcoin record. This guitar can be heard on many of the songs. The painting on the guitar illustrates the lyrics and story of the same record. Each song is represented visually on this guitar. The guitar was used as model for the artwork of the Nashville B24 mural, and also for the cover artwork of the record — Blues Before Bitcoin. The guitar is an old well played guitar with many signs of age — scratches, scuffs, dents, rust, etc. The brand is unkown. Painted with acrylics.“
