GM Little things apparently make a big difference. Got diverted on a long flight home last night due to storm....after sitting on plane for 1:30 with very little information as to what was going on and my daughter was getting upset. Was polite but asked to get off the plane until they could update us on what was going on. Flight attendants were kind but the lady at the gate was being difficult. When they finally let us off she lied to my face and said we could've gotten off at anytime and nobody was holding us against our will. Which was the exact opposite of what had been told to us for over and hour. About 3/4 of the passengers deplaned. An hour later we were finally able to leave. As we were getting to bed at 2AM my wife said thanks for getting us off that plane....several other passengers came up to her and said to tell her husband thanks for getting us off the plane to stretch and use the restroom. Sovereignty is a responsibility and when handled with kindness is appreciated by others.

We used to travel with a kiddie toilet in the van and just pull off the side of the road if they needed to take care of business 😂

D - Moped drivers

We started early due to Covid...didn't want to risk getting on a plane when mask mandates were in place. Kids were between 3-5 around then. My daughter now plans our road trips and prefers seeing the country rather than flying over it. We also don't let them use iPads unless they are on a plane or roadtrip over 3 hours so they travel well getting the treat of watching a movie on the iPad.

GM Time is the scarcest thing we have. 18 summers with your kids. We make them count in our house. Just finished a helluva road trip stacking memories. If we don't ever meet in person it's not because I don't want to go to Bitcoin conferences, it's because I use every ounce of my time off to make memories with my family. When I leave the fiat mines I hope to meet you in person
