Reports of entropy being as low as 32 bits (1 second to hack) for mk4/mk5/Q. Coinkite says as low as 72 bits (1500 years to hack) Personally I don't trust what coinkite says right now and would move my Bitcoin to a secure setup. Especially if you have no additional passphrase.

A small stop gap recommend for those affected by the mk3 hack is to move from a seedphrase only wallet to a passphrase wallet. This is only a solution if you don't have another hardware wallet, and should only be seen as secure as the passphrase you correct.
