Great show, but a quibble: organ donation is a purely opt-in model in the US. I'm a medical ethicist at a large hospital so this is well within my area of expertise. The ethical issue with organ donation is that it's nearly impossible to opt out once you've opted in... In small pilot trials of opt-out, donation rates actually go down slightly, because it forces them to think about what they're doing. Whereas under the current opt-in model, it's mostly teenagers at the DMV unwittingly entering a binding contract to donate their organs if they become dead by neurological criteria.
