
I’ve been boppin around western Kenya the past couple weeks, leading movement workshops for organizations & schools. Strength training, stretching, tapping, breathing, & DANCING. Building mind-body connection in community. It combines all my favorite things: traveling, adventure, movement, creativity, deepening relationships, building confidence, sharing stories, learning, & humanity. As I continue to build the “feel at home” movement, I’ll be sharing my journey here.
