Mahshid Jamali writes in an Iranian diplomatic note: The Committee on the Rights of the Child has dedicated its 27th general comment to children's rights in the context of access to justice and compensation for harm, to combat inequalities and discrimination and to bring children's rights to the fore, and to establish the responsibility and commitments of governments in this regard.
