It would be great if ‘s #BitChat could runaway a background task (like other messaging apps). So even when you “close” it in iOS, it can still send and receive messages via BT or Nostr. 🤔

Both Umbrel and Start9 look stale. Their blogs haven’t been updated in 2025 at all. Is self-hosting dead? @umbrel

I’ll be switching back to from Fountain.fm. I lament the fact that Overcast doesn’t support V4V yet but it’s just a better player overall. I will check up on Fountain again in the future off course.
