carbs gives you energy. Proteins builds muscles. All the energy you eat that is not burned, becomes fat. That's basically it. LLMs are very good to build the perfect diet customized on you, on what you want to achieve and from where you're starting. Give it a try. I'm now in body recomposition phase. I just asked ChatGPT to help me calculate my macro nutrients amounts and get some advises.
