I agree. I’ll give a PD to people that just walk in, I don’t mind. The problems began to emerge when people would bring in 5 pairs of glasses to be adjusted when Zenni and others became popular. Also, the lenses are poor quality and not well made, so the customer thinks the Rx is off. Now we have to troubleshoot the problem. $

I find these sort of subjective truth models fascinating. Of course they think such models are True in the objective sense.
