I think at 10 million everyone would just follow blindly.
It's beautiful, but idk if the bees will be around at night. What sort of evolution is this?
You've got the balls to say that as if it's permanent? Nice.
Sorry. She's on board with the song and it was contextual to my other note **kinda**

**Matthew 5:30** Jesus asked you to cut your right hand off if it causes you to sin. The Gangster's Paradise asks of you the same.
He's deranged. Imagine being that emotional.

I think I do the right amount.
Story time. So I will be organising a beef roast on the 17th. I know my butcher stocks beef roasts, but I've never bought, and I'm still learning to cook. I don't wanna let myself down with some shitty roast. I decided today was a good day to practice. Cook a roast for the fam. I go to the store. It was netted and not labeled, so I don't know if this is a lean cut, rib roast, whatever. So I ask the guy, what cut is this? How should I cook it? He don't know. 😕 I don't know what temperature I should aim for, if I can unroll it to season it, to cover or not? I cut off the net, it was a rib roast. Good news, cause it's a better cut, but then idk what the net was for. On the whole it came out good, but it was past medium, and a touch dry, and the temperature never got hot enough to cook the garlic / onions. Next time I'll cook the garlic / onions in the pan before chucking in the roast. I'll have the fatty side on top and some wine on the bottom. And I'll go lower on temps. Maybe marinate it. I don't think I should've patted it dry. If that made any difference it was probably for the worse.
Lawson would've defended so much better 💯
Maybe I should send it to my mom. Help us get to two beefs a day.
What are you going through??
Run Club made me a consistent runner because there's a social aspect to it that draws me in. The girls are great, the guys are like-minded, and we can all be competitive. I used to run before, and I'm always working out, so I got a decent pace on quickly. Consistency is the most important factor, so you have to run in a way that makes you come back for more. I think if you are athletic enough, running fast and pushing for longer is better than running slow and trying to go faster, simply because jogging and running are two different movements, and your body should adapt faster to the intensity. The key caveat is being able to run in the first place. If you can't do that, just jog as Heinz said. Running long distances can be tough on joints also, so I'm not sure doing slow long runs is the best way to get into running. I think the 5km run is the base for a good running program. You can do 3s until you're fit enough. If you can do 5s, 10s are achievable. And there's not a big difference between 10km and half marathon. The 5k is where you'll find a sustainable pace and improve on it. And if a pace is sustainable, your body will acclimatise quickly to longer runs.
Bro what? I'm not going to get in a debate here, but generations turning over in gold is a lot slower than in Bitcoin. To the point it's incomparable.
