If anyone loves @sweetgreen salads as much as I do, use the dressings that do not contain any seed oils: Balsamic Vinegar, Caesar, Green Goddess Ranch, Honey BBQ Sauce, KBBQ Glaze, Sweetgreen Hot Sauce, Umami Seasoning. Also, stay away from the toppings with seed oils: Crispy Onions, Crispy Rice, Tortilla Chips, Za’atar Breadcrumbs & Hummus 2/2 🫡

Reverse sear is goated as well, I prefer over charcoal
