Well... after weeks of meetings, hearings, paperwork and enough HR vocabulary to last a lifetime, I finally got the official letter today. Didn't get the ending I was hoping for. But honestly? I'm weirdly at peace with it. I fought for myself. I stayed professional. I didn't burn bridges, even when I really wanted to occasionally launch a metaphorical chair across the room 😤 The funny part is that by simply not giving up, I actually managed to drag the process out long enough that they now have to keep paying me longer than originally planned. Not exactly the victory I had in mind, but I'll take the side quest XP. Best of all: I already signed a new contract. I also do a double / on the lower strings even triple knot on the bridge. But this is just my crazy mind, does not have a lot of proven tuning stability.

Doesn't look too bad! See if you get like a resonating buzz sound out of both ends - can also happen in a few weeks. Then I would shorten the strings at the bridge to minimize contact with the wood, which causes it to vibrate. The headstock shouldn't be an issue, but here again, if it starts buzzing, there's probably something resonating.
