We went from, it’s impossible to maintain software with AI, to it being criminally negligent to not involve AI in the process.

I’m fine tuning a cheap local model on my Mac mini by throwing it my 2nd brain as a dataset. Plan on using it with Hermes on the mini I’m sticking with Herdr as the meta harness and using it with Claude code and Hermes. Running 7 specialized sub agents pointed to my 2nd brain with the orchestrator being an agent with Opus. Using PPQ for access to different models when needed. Running ghostty and mix for a schedule/to do list pane and cli music player which streams music from my mini which was downloaded from YouTube by my Hermes agent.

If you make an NFT of your house and your house burns down…….its almost like you didn’t lose anything.
