the following is an excellent post full of thoughtful signal from ... so many things I like about it... - bitcoin is awesome, but there are other things to consider... so is land, tools, plan b's, passports, precious metals, water/food sovereignty, meditation, etc. which all take time and resources to manage/acquire. what I take from this is it's easy to publicly "go all in" on nostr... but you won't be able to eat your sats if food security becomes an issue, etc... and it all depends on your circumstances, cycle in life, resources, etc. I also love that SF has a plan with his entire family to "exit". I wish I had exited the system when I was initially raising my kids... the real world is the best teacher... not public schools and social media. on that note, play some dan zanes for your youngsters... my kids loved him and he way better than other kid music options. I haven't listened to his new stuff, but his old songs were great... try "wonder wheel" or "colas". anyway, SF's post is the kind of signal that I love about nostr... thoughtful, sincere, and full of info that gets one to think... kudos to him.

lol, I've talked to a couple normies about btc in the past couple weeks... mentioning that it's a good time buy... they looked at me as if I was crazy... it's amazing how fearful they are... even to take the first baby step... but I no longer care... it all feels inevitable to me at this point... let the chips fall where they may. and to any newb nostrs reading this... dips like these are part of the journey to higher highs... :)

if your sphincter is tightening today think about the following... 2021, btc peaks at $61K and then drops to $17K in 2022.. or 2017, btc peaks at $14K and then drops to $4K in 2018... etc. bitcoin is not dying, but your emotions are designed to fear periods like this and think it might be... just know that someone is happy to buy your btc on the cheap, and likely you will look back and wish you had saved more fiat for corn sales like today... better yet, dca and you get to buy every dip.
