And the argument about AI evolving to this point before it is ready is sound. It seems wild west right now. But I also believe the same could be said about the advent of social media platforms tbh.

As a leader in IT, these are some of the same questions that have been asking over the past two years. Our org has been pushing hard to explore the boundaries, risks and capabilities that can create transformational growth. There are obvious areas that remove the mundane and allow individuals to contribute in ways that leverage their innate abilities. My experience has been when people don't understand the different tools and how to use them to their advantage they tend to see everything as a nail and use a hammer as the tool. The gray area we are experiencing is responsibility of family to instill hard work ethic and principles before turning them out into the world. There are foundational principles and concepts that need to be installed before humans moving into a more complex world of contribution where marginal value is created by combining foundational concepts and principles in a complex way and do so in a way that is more efficient than doing so without the tools that are available. Also these AI tools can easily be told to not be agreeable. Just add "Don't blindly agree with me. Challenge my assumptions, ask for clarity or context where necessary"
