I'd recommend downloading MeshChat: https://github.com/liamcottle/reticulum-meshchat It takes a bit of tinkering to get set up, but it's great fun after that. The one thing that I got stuck on was setting up the 'interfaces'. If you need some recommendations on the relays to connect to, drop me a line. I can share one or two that I'm using. Have fun!

I've spent the last few days messing around with #Reticulum and have been surprised by the number of people building #Nomadnet sites. Content is still sparse, but the individuals involved are freely broadcasting their own sites over the protocol without interference or ownership by anyone else. I think this is something that Bitcoiners and so many others could and should get behind. #freedomtech

I finally got #Meshchat up and running. I basically was lacking the proper, public-facing interfaces necessary to find peers and to find Nomadnet sites. After messing around with this for a few hours, I can't help but feel like I'm back in my old #Bitmessage days. Does anyone else remember chat software? #asknostr #Reticulum

Basically, yeah. It provides an interface to download educational (and survival) content, and then you can access said content on your machine totally offline.
