Sneakpeek of my new book! On Amazon from Jan 5th. My purpose in life is to bring more human centricity to corporates and government institutions meaning more focus on customers, employees and purpose. Did a PhD on the topic between 2005 and 2012 to create a methodology that speaks the language of leadership proving that treating people well makes sense for their business. Since 2024 also working with companies in the Gulf region. After having implemented my approach in over 25 countries, what strikes me most - and gives me a lot of hope - is that we as humans are so much more the same then we are different. Let's focus on that. All customers want to feel appreciated. All employees want meaningful work. These are very universele needs. My goal is to break through the often short term, financially driven organisation system and put customers, employees and purpose back into the heart of the system 💪

End of 2025 reflections: I want to be more congruent with the world I want to see. The potential that bitcoin offers to the world fills me with so much hope. Watching podcasts by inspiring people such as and feed me so much more than Twitter scrolling. So I have just deleted X from my phone and decided to more often use primal instead 💪 This year around 45 people participated in my free online bitcoin training. Which was nice and at the same time realized I want to educate people who are willing, so push less but stay available for anyone who wants to learn. Started reading a lot about geo politics and history thanks to the good old bitcoin rabbit hole. And keep on focusing on bringing systemic change to companies across the globe with the launch of my new book on Jan 5th. More to come... Wish you all happy holidays!
