Yep. Check out this line in the nip 57 spec: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/fa9281af8b7c964542dd1145ba61a9fd851af713/57.md?plain=1#L22 " publish it to the `relays` specified in the `zap request`." ... almost everyone gets this wrong the first time they create a zap receipt server... we definitely did...

we tested zaps on this note… we made four attempts to⚡zap this note, at [email protected], over a period of about 8 hours. all four attempts were successful. please check on your end to be sure you received. average zap time was 9629ms (9.6 seconds). we consider this zap time slow... generally, zaps should complete in under two seconds. what zap receipt implementation are you using? are you sure it is sending the zap receipt to the relays specified in the zap attempt?

theoretically you could set up a https redirect, other users are doing that, just make sure your server and accept CORS requests in the right way --- I recommend familiarizing yourself with https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/57.md -- and doing some testing of your address from a separate nostr profile.....

"speed.app" addresses don't produce zap receipts, and many nostr clients won't zap them, according to our testing....
