The "Instinctive Drowning Response" is a biological bug. When humans panic in water, we try to "climb" out vertically. This creates negative buoyancy and exhaustion. To survive, you must override your hardware and force a "Starfish" float. Your lungs are the only life jacket you need, if you know how to manage the air pressure.
