🏊🌊 Bring fins to make it more fun and so you can focus on body position and not trying to survive. Keep those hips at the surface and eyes on the bottom of the pool when not breathing.
🏊🌊 Swimming Tip - Get back to basics this weekend and challenge yourself to slow down and work on side balance drills and rotation drills, so basically you only need your legs :).

Unpopular swimming opinion: your weak kick isn't the reason your legs sink. Your lack of true body balance is. Too many swimmers try to use propulsion (kicking harder) to solve a balance problem. Stop fighting gravity. Use the physics of your buoyant lungs to press your chest down and pop your hips up. When you master balance, you unlock effortless speed.
