the timing of revelation is odd sometimes. for me, it feels i have strong insight into peripherals and connections, but i sometimes miss what feels like some of the most obvious things for years. sitting here i suddenly realized that i am an artist. i always have been. not the painting kind, but the kind which wants every expression and task be connected to and in service of a driving inner sense and voice, free from the opinions and influence of others. doesn’t matter what it is either. and whatever i have to do that doesn’t connect to this, i use all my creative power to eliminate from my life. i knew i was a “creative person”, i just dont think i realized until just now how extreme and absolute that sensibility has always been.

from my understanding, snowden left because in his special use case, he couldn’t get nostr to operate as securely as he needed it to. he checked back in a couple times, but things had not changed in the ways he needed.
