Once they are mature I cut the ends off, cut in half or quarters depending on what size I want, then bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes. After they cool a bit I stick my thumb between the skin and fibers and peel. Rinse very well and hang to dry. Remove remaining seeds before using.

So what caused my Wednesday to go to poop was when the power co stopped in and removed the line to the building where my deep freezer was. They were going to cut a tree back off it but the line was deteriorated too bad. So, with Mr. Holstein out of town I was scrambling. Managed to create a temporary fix. Eight weeks ago I started a five minute walk-fit type routine at home. I moved up to 10 minutes two weeks later. One week after that I went to 15. I moved to a 30 minute, one mile indoor routine three weeks ago. My endurance has improved but my weight hasn’t budged. Not sure about tone. I assume my diet is blowing any potential weight/size reduction. I need to pay better attention to it. I also want to add an additional 30 minutes some point in the day. #grownostr #gm #wv #usa
