I guess the Discord age verification bypass tools might not work anymore....lame This is one of the problems with public sharing of tools like this, as soon as it is above ground the companies can just adapt. That's why building trusted networks is so important, so you can share such things with each other privately and the loopholes stay open much longer. #discord #privacy #opensource #ageverification

Along with everyone else and their mothers, I am trying to become a "content creator" to hopefully earn some sats eventually. What I've realized so far -When you don't have a following, nobody is going to care what your opinion is. -So instead of constantly sharing my opinion, I need to focus more on providing value and building trust. -I can provide value by teaching people what I've learned by living outside the system for more than a decade, by sharing new methods and techniques for protecting privacy, and by finding cool shit aka curation. -I don't know how much effort I want to put into building a following as an anon on X when it feels like some kind of age verification/doxxing is inevitable if I want to continue using the platform. -Nostr feels like a better place to build a following, but I don't know if there are enough users that would be interested in what I have to offer. -I have to network and actually talk to people. I am way better at talking to people IRL than I am online. I feel like I have a better chance at success by joining forces with other small creators in my niche than trying to just compete with them for limited attention. #thoughts #socialmedia #nostr

Just what we needed, automated toxic maximalism. Don't forget to make sure it ignores Monero entirely while simultaneously espousing the importance of privacy.

Taking actions against drug users who hurt people is fine, I support that. Many of them don't hurt anyone though. Based on your stance I am assuming you support banning alcohol and tobacco as well since they kill more people than illegal drugs? Sugar? Sugar is an addictive drug with serious health effects. Should we ban it? Also, increasing drug penalties have had zero impact on drug use and availability. A state with harsh penalities has very similar drug use statistics to one without. In fact, after 100 years of drug prohibition drugs are easier to get and more potent than ever so it doesn't actually accomplish what you want which is less drugs in society. But it does increase the harms caused by those drugs. Prohibition incentivized the development of the fentanyl analogues that are killing people, they were orginally developed to exploit a loophole in drug laws. More potent drugs are easier to smuggle, so in a prohibition environment drugs become even more harmful. This was also demonstrated during alcohol prohibition when beer consumption was replaced by hard liquor.

I realized this years ago when a roommate thought the dollar is still backed by gold. Given that the dollar's value depends almost entirely on people's faith and belief in it's value, it's probably a good thing that they know nothing.

thoughtcrimeboss
thoughtcrimeboss 27d

Please understand how absurd the logic of the war on drugs is. It is the idea of harming people in order to protect them from harming themselves. The harm caused by the prohibition far exceeds the harm caused by the drugs themselves. There is also the issue of who owns your body. If you don't have the right to put whatever substance you want into your own body, then the state is saying they own your body and can make those decisions for you. How many more people need to die or get thrown in a cage before people stop putting up with this massive violation of their rights? The state's propaganda is so effective that even many illegal drug users themselves believe that drugs should be illegal. Progress is being made though, twenty years ago if you said drugs should be legal or even decriminalized, people thought you were crazy. Now cannabis is legal in many states, psychedelics are socially acceptable, and the idea of ending or scaling back drug prohibition has broken out of the fringe into the mainstream. I hope I live to see the day when no one is ever locked up for plants, mushrooms, or unapproved substances again. A day where overdose deaths are rare because drug users can buy labeled and tested drugs instead of playing russian roulette with street drugs. A day when someone can call 911 for an overdose without being afraid of going to prison. A day when violent drug cartels aren't making billions of dollars off of drug war inflated prices. Rest in peace to all those who have died because of drug prohibition. And fuck all the police, prosecutors, judges, and politicians who support and enforce what is probably the most harmful government policy of all time. Future generations will look back at those people and wonder how they slept at night. #drugs #politics #warondrugs

If the United States had a real Strategic #Bitcoin Reserve instead of #gold, the taxpayers could confirm that every sat is where it is supposed to be. Instead, the ruling class quite possibly stole the nation's wealth and hid it from the public for decades. Time for an audit https://xcancel.com/BitcoinNewsCom/status/2019158818043883968#m

For real, imagine waking up and being like, today I need to meet with so and so, review that report on XYZ, and then deal with the biggest pile of shit ever in the history of politics. I'd be calling in sick.

The #Epstein files are going to go down in history as the scandal that completely destroyed any remaining faith in the United States Government. It will set the stage for whatever system replaces the one we have now, because it has become painfully obvious to most people that the status quo can not be allowed to continue. It's the beginning of the end. Now we just have to make sure the next system isn't even worse.

The new edition of Thought Crime Trap House drops tomorrow morning at 8 AM EST. It's been a crazy time since January's issue, and this issue is packed full. I go over some of the latest developments in #privacy, #bitcoin, #monero, and #politics. I also wrote a detailed guide to on and off ramping without #KYC, including how to find cash buyers p2p IRL. I also found a tool to potentially bypass Discord's new age verification algo. Opt the fuck out with me and subscribe so you don't miss it, https://paragraph.com/@thoughtcrimetraphouse

Reason of the day that the state is completely evil and unsalvageable. You as a pleb can easily get more prison time for psychedelic drugs than rich pedos get for sex crimes against minors. The state has created a society that treats victimless crimes more harshly than crimes against children. Fuck that. It's past time that we the people, who outnumber these evil fucks greatly, stop funding and supporting evil by participating in their slavery systems. We have the tools, let's use them. #epstein

United States citizenship is free range slavery, we are one of two countries in the entire world that still tax their citizens living abroad. Exit tax on unrealized gains if you want to give up citizenship. Even those people who aren't paying income tax are still taxed through inflation, sales tax, DMV fees, etc. California is an extreme version but it's still slavery all around. Especially since the majority of the taxes don't actually benefit taxpayers in any way.

The state steals your money to fund the welfare for illegal immigrants, and yet you still claim they are not criminals.

A good PSA courtesy of L0laL33tz for anyone taking a look at the #EpsteinFiles "PSA: please use TOR Browser to access these files. Akamai, the content delivery system hosting the documents, is suspected to be a bulk surveillance tool that was tied up in the NSA's foreign spying scandal." https://x.com/i/status/2018320088454025557

So I am a "bad person" and the "enemy" because I have different opinions than you, and yet you are the one literally advocating for violence, coercion, and for supporting the actual criminals . The mental gymnastics you go through to justify evil would almost be impressive if it wasn't so depressing.

thoughtcrimeboss
thoughtcrimeboss 13d

Well I started to then I erased it, it's kind of pointless honestly, you have already bought into the narrative. Once someone has done that, it's very hard to change minds. But here you go. Money printing drove up housing prices much more than immigrants did, giving wall street access to endless cheap capital to buy up property. Most Americans don't even want the jobs the immigrants are doing, so those jobs will stay empty and we will lose wealth overall as a country. The notion of America being a nation? The only reason our nation even exists is because of immigration. Immigrants don't just get jobs, they spend money and start businesses that grow the economy amd create new jobs. We get rid of them, and then our birth rate is fucked, America will become a nation of old people with not enough workers. The state is your enemy not immigration, without the state's intervention, jobs would be plentiful and housing would be cheap. You can "secure the borders", do targeted deportations of actual criminals, and make the immigration process less of a kafkaesque nightmare without any need for a police state. But instead you want to just deport everyone at the cost of our rights. Any benefits of doing so are vastly outweighed by the negatives.

thoughtcrimeboss
thoughtcrimeboss 14d

It's an exaggerated problem that's not nearly scary enough to give up our few remaining rights for. The state is much scarier than some immigrants.
