Pregunto porque tengo más de 10 años con la presión super baja. Me recomiendan el tomar mucha más agua que lo normal, pero lentamente porque el beberla rápido tiene un efecto diurético, lo cual baja la presión aún más. El poder beber más agua y con algo de sal (de mar) o con electrolitos ayuda a que se suba la presión. No es fácil el mantener el balance porque si se sube mucho, nos dán jaquecas por la falta de costumbre, por siempre traerla baja. Pero vale la pena tratarlo. Espero y se mejore pronto!!

Nostr, like Bitcoin, runs on Relays, which similarly to Bitcoin’s Nodes, keep the network fully decentralized, & censorship is 100% at the hands of The People, as there is no 1 owner of the protocol. If you run a Relay, you are your own authority over the content you choose to relay. If you are a Nostrich (a user of the protocol) you are the sole owner of your content to the extent that if a client (a platform) “banned you,” you don’t lose either content or followers! You simply login to another client & it will all be there waiting for you. Is Nostr a Time Machine? Most users seem to think so! Not only does it teletransport you & your content back to the era when you weren’t shoved to the algorithmic black hole, but it teletransports you & your content to a place of gathering, a community of toxic maximalists where shrimps dance happily in #hellthreads, greet eachother lovingly in incomplete sentences or even words, are ready to bite each other’s head off in disagreement, only to end up zapping each other 5 minutes later.
