Nettle is a badass food, and tea. It almost kinda feels good to get stung by it It releases some endorphins and histamines and a precursor to serotonin if you smack yourself with it. (I do that lightly on my neck and wrists) It’s good for cleaning out the urinary tract and is also a diuretic. It’s great in compost, great as a tea, and very good as food. Cook before eating.
