I use my custom shortcuts for most of my Plasma control. I love it. I use the same shortcuts for about a decade. :) But yes, I don't use magnification and a screen reader.

Don't buy nothing from such places.

I absolutely cannot stand it. 😅 I'm a KDE Plasma fan. Love it. I can't imagine to use something else. Even a tiling WM, at the end of customizing Hyprland or Niri I will get bad working KDE Plasma made of crutches, lol. So, I prefer KDE Plasma and other KDE software, like: https://apps.kde.org/kup/ and other: https://apps.kde.org/

Yes, the KDE Plasma desktop environment and the majority of software within the KDE ecosystem are built using the QT framework.

That's how I feel when I visit some of the big European cities. And yes, as a matter of principle, I never buy anything in places like that.
