Nostr is so dead, it's hardly worth the effort in development. Sorry. We used Nostr in its heyday to launch the block party, and we still have a core audience here, so we stay. But the network effect isn't here. As a small startup, it doesn't make sense to allocate resources in this way. We have a functional, 24/7 hashrate marketplace. It does not need to be built on Nostr. Nothing needs to be built on Nostr. We've been on here for nearly two years, which is long enough to witness its decline. We were Nostr's first Bitcoin mining block party. We zapped 6M sats in a single day to promote the party. We supported this ecosystem in a variety of ways over the years. It pains us to see the decline in this space. It's not due to lack of effort. We're spending our SATSurday trying to find a block like we do every week with the Block Party! The party kicked off with 114 Bitcoiners throwing down on purchases of hashrate for the group. Folks threw in more than 318 PH, with bonus hashrate making up another 19 PH... Then add in the solo miners, which includes everything from home miners like wee little 1 TH Bitaxes to folks who like to rent hashrate and point it our way. Sometimes, plebs with mining farms do the same... A little bit ago, we clocked in at 443 PH total in the pool, which is CK Pool by @ckpooldev. We've got another 6.75 hours to hash on! LFG!
