How do I confirm one way or another if my Sparrow Wallet has a passphrase or “25th word?” I don’t recall that when setting up my Mk4 and Sparrow. I assume that’s not the same as the Anti-phishing code words?

Terrible Security Advisory information. I’m not tech forward, but have a Mk4. I don’t fully understand what I’m supposed to do here other than move my BTC. It says update to new firmware with no link on how to do that. Don’t want to screw anything up. And people wonder why BTC’ers get scoffed at. Got a Mk4 primarily due to the fairly constant pumping of the product by RHR, BTC Sessions, NVK himself, and others. Y’all have had such disdain for other cold storage wallets over the years.
