Because most if not all of his wealth is locked up in stocks (if I understand his position correctly). And if he was actually to try and sell those stocks and get a trillion dollars into a bank account or better yet under his mattress, that would have to absolutely crash and wreck everything. I think that would be interesting to hear you talk about. Because it seems like that is part of the whole Fiat illusion. And what Bitcoin in self custody gives people is true wealth: wealth that you actually have. Keep doing what you do. Love the show.

Robinson as a way to test and sharpen my own ‘Austrian’ view of the world, but also to try and listen and understand where are ‘they’ coming from? How do socialist oriented people view the problems and solutions. It is one of the HARDEST books I’ve ever read. Such intellectual rubbish. For example, I just read this gem, “Deferring to the judgment of the free market in allocating resources is morally odious as well as inefficient.” My reaction:
