Years of tinnitus (shit sleep), causing feeling of constant exhaustion, and loneliness. Several siblings struggling financially + there relationships. Parents +80years, health and memory issues. A brother with gradually getting worse mental illness. All make it hard for me not to just give up.. I could abandon all and live on the cheap on SE Asia.. That feels wrong though.
