With hard money like Bitcoin and without state-protected special rights, such concentrations of power would be significantly harder to maintain. Furthermore, a free market means voluntary exchange—not the reduction of all value to money. People, including children, are not commodities, but independent legal subjects; this argument is therefore a category error.
