I didn't know who Daniel Prince or Jack Mallers were until recently. Or Strike. Up until a month ago I did not even realize there were people who only used bitcoin. My wife and I make good money and it is still really hard in this economy. In the last few months, bitcoin has given us breathing room. I've been wanting to sell my shitcoins, but the other exchanges are so shitty it's a major pain in the ass to even sell them to get bitcoin and get it to a hardware wallet. Setting up strike was easy. It seems really simple to use (a concept foreign to most companies releasing a product). I know its the other Jack, but bitkey was really easy to setup too. I'm forever in debt to those of you who took time to explain these concepts so a normie like me could figure some of this out. I do hope Daniel is right and bitcoin drops to $20,000. I need to catch up to the rest of yall. The main thing Daniel needs to remember is that we are individuals and have agency ourselves.

They could designate anyone anyway they like regardless of the truth or facts. Also, would lack of mens rea, not provide immunity for the miners and node operators? I would agree it would be a major legal threat if governments were honest and showed no partiality or "unequal weights and measures." Because governments lack an objective moral standard, I would just question if this argument is even relevant? Governments do not really seem concerned with providing a fair justice system.

It doesn't matter what the topic is... politics, faith, bitcoin, family, et. al., Everyone has to be an expert and have an opinion these days.
