Sure. It is already in use in the Bitcoin Friesland Telegram group. You need to be admin to invite the bot and only admins can change the settings like changing the filter. Perhaps the bot needs admin rights too to post messages.

* invalid country codes: (like 'uk' must be 'gb'). In general: use `/testfilter` to be sure.

I'm keeping an eye on the configurations and make adjustments if ppl set invalid filters. Some of them I didn't even expect to be aloud: * country_code ommission: just `/setfilter code` is not working, probably interpreted as `false` and will never match. * lat,lon: Canada has a negative `lon` else ending up in Siberia. Something with "East" and "West". Best to just put a pin in Google Maps and inspect the coordinates in the pop over. * strange quotes (unicode) seem to be accepted, but breaking the filter
