I've eeen thinking along a similar line. Surround yourself with doers, people who are building and coming up with solutions. There is so much talk about what the problems are. And, that is important. But, at some point you have to move past "the ship is sinking" and start heading for the lifeboats. Listening to doers talk about solutions is inspiring and provides a great sense of peace.

This is 💯 where I'm at, right now. Opting out and building community is the goal. Still figuring out how to get there and what I can contribute, but knowing the solution is freedom itself. The filter for all the noise.

There are already tools to monitor and prevent access to content for parents to implement. But, it's not about that. They state that this will "make it easier to report harmful content and cyberbullying". That's the real plan, policing speech, not blocking access. They need to know who has unapproved ideas, so they can punish them.
