Paul! You've done great work in your community. Very inspiring. I wish they had Square here but they dont, I am in Punta Del Este, Uruguay. This community has a small organic farmers market every Sunday, the vendors mostly only accept cash. I'd love to help pioneer the awareness and get this conversation started here, but I think my first step is tracking down some local folks with the right technical skill set to help make direct adoption smooth for these vendors. Do you happen to know of any grassroots initiatives or resources that could help me connect with other Bitcoiners in Uruguay who are passionate about local food systems?
