Options, futures, etfs, large pools of capital hedging both sides, stablecoins, wash trading - there are all sorts of mechanisms to suppress fiat price. Not to mention ious essentially print bitcoin like fractional reserve banking.

That can always be an option.

People who predict $1m bitcoin seem to be oblivious to paper bitcoin manipulation. Maybe on a long time horizon.. sure but not in a year. The “suddenly” was always a lie. We just wanted it to be true.

For a while I was a bit down on the whole AI thing, thinking people can make any app they need. Then I realized not everyone is a psycho who makes their own apps whenever they need something. Some apps are genuinely hard to make.
