keep it simple: think about adding more good stuff, not subtracting βbadβ stuff good stuff = things with a mom (mother earth or animals) think(and eat) protein first! meats, dairy/cheese, eggs, avocados, pecans/hazelnuts/pistachio/macademia. building meals around the protein is really key. and suuuuper important and much less talked about, only eat within sunlight hours. ideally within an 8 hr period, starting with when you wake up. if you think you have an over eating problem, look into βmindful eating techniquesβ! (no screens, use all 5 senses, give gratitude, chew until completely mush) this can so often be overlooked as well.
