Mxroute for email. Sounds like hosting is difficult and risky. Pulling for mxroute to local was my solution. Need a domain.

Fyi i have a few sites with aspirationhosting.com super slow till I turned on caching. Seems a lot better. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone to refer you to. Its hard to find someone that really knows their stuff. Pagespeed insights can tell you a lot too.
