Because of the CooldCard fiasco I just tried setting up a BitKey with a screen Is it easy to use? Yes Do I care? No This multisig setup is obviously dumb I hate storing an encrypted “key” on iCloud I hate that block’s servers have a key I hate I have no idea what the key on my bitkey is or what it looks like I love that at least my bitcoin is obviously stored on a Bitcoin address on the blockchain My wife was insanely confused when she got a text to be my trusted contact I love that I’m learning there’s ways to secure Bitcoin on a hw wallet WITHOUT a seed phrase! That’s nuts. Even SeedSigner uses a seed phrase.
