I think he’s just sticking with 4-year-cycle theory, even though this cycle has shown to be different, such as the ATH before the halving, introduction of ETFs, and 2025 being a flop. We’re going through a period of price suppression to get weak hands out, and increase volatility, so that bitcoin roars with avengeance.
