You don't need to freeze it to turn it into powder dehydrating will work, it just tends to take longer and doesn't preserve freshness as much. You can cook it and can it. You can blanch it then freeze it. Or you could just eat nothing but salads for a week. 🤣

No. Install obsidian. Change your life. Use the plugins and web clipper plugins for browsers to gather and sort pretty much any info into a personal, simple, compact, transferable, open database. Nothing else I've found comes close, especially pairing it with syncthing or some other syncing method. All my notes synced without OPC (other people's computers) being involved much at all (for local network sync, anyway) with excellent encryption in between devices.

The freedom to he wrong is part of being a freedom fundamentalist. I still don't see the issue with that. I still don't understand the distinction you're trying to make. No human is truly free in any sense, at least currently. That doesn't mean that someone can't be a freedom fundamentalist and pursue freedom to and freedom from, nor that they can't have opinions on the subject, even if you don't consider them correct or proper.
