If someone is trying to intimidate multiple Nostr devs with legal action into an attempt at censoring, and they make the mistake of revealing their irl identity, then get "doxxed", it's hard for me to feel much sympathy... Ironically their actions are bringing way more attention to something no one knew or even cared about

The person emailing him tied both together. Doesn't seem like they cared either at that point. Pretty stupid on their part.

I think it more has to do with two parties knowing the nsec now instead of one. That npub is no longer secure nor exclusive. You cant ever be sure the other party deleted the key after they sold you it.
