Also, could have gone to some parts of the UAE, the Mediterranean regions, and some parts of many African countries where "elites" live down the street from poor. It isn't a matter of skin color; it is a matter of fiat currency, power structures, etc. Once we move past this is a brown skin/white skin issue we will make progress.
