I didn’t come to nostr hoping to find amazing people, cheerleaders, or sources of great ideas. I came because nostr's technical foundations convinced me. I did, however, hope that in the long run, those technical foundations would attract interesting people and draw them away from other platforms. Im Sachenrecht (Immobilien- / Grundstücksrecht ...) kennen wir Covenants in DE auch als Grunddienstbarkeit. Jedenfalls soll es eine Bindung, eine Nutzungsbeschränkung sein. Bei der (common-law ?) Definition von Covenant, die Matthew gibt, fällt auf, dass es (die Bindung) einseitig passiert / passieren kann. Es muss keine Einigung zwischen zwei, oder mehr Parteien sein. Eine mögliche Übersetzung von Covenants iS des Common Law: vertragliche Verpflichtung zwischen Parteien - oft ohne dinglichen Charakter. In dem Zitat von Rothbard fällt auf: "a property owner can ..." - also einseitig! und: "it is property right". was will ich sagen: es kommt - gerade, wenn wir nun von den Möglichkeiten der "forward-looking-Script-Sprache" sprechen - den dinglichen Rechten im DE-Recht am nächsten, zumal diese MEIST einseitig vom Eigentümer verfügt werden (können). Und, ja, wenn von ihm gewünscht, dann auch für (fast) alle Ewigkeit. Also, kurz, ein Vortrag, der es in sich hat. Sehr gut. Wir brauchen mehr davon.
