Are you missing more time in autumn? Yesterday was my birthday and while getting older I am also getting wiser and lighter in a spiritual sense. Both Madelyn and I experience increased feelings of melancholy in the autumn, so maybe you are too?. This I believe is a natural seasonal occurence that maybe is meant to be a shedding process of unresolved negativity like trees let go of their leaves. Most people are trained to compensate by poisoning themselves with quick dopamine hits instead of embracing the pain teacher. There are cycles of success, when things come to you and thrive, and cycles of failure, when they wither or disintegrate and you have to let them go in order to make room for new things to arise, or for transformation to happen. If you cling and resist at that point, it means you are refusing to go with the flow of life, and you will suffer." Time to Heal by Cathy O'Brien: "A concept of time equates to a concept of awareness or consciousness. I know from experience that trauma results in dissociation ... The repressed memory is shoved deep into the subconscious and is often consciously perceived as 'missing time'." Are you suffering from Past Adversity Influencing Now (PAIN)?
