The Lord is on our side All we have to do is follow
Satan on the attack. He will lose, but many souls are at risk
Noelia Castillo, a 25 year old attempted suicide survivor and rape victim plagued by severe depression, chose to die with the support of her doctors and the government of her country, Spain, via legal euthansia. Heartbreaking and shocking! Please pray for her soul and for her family. Europe is promoting a culture of death. That culture is spreading to all Western nations. We must return to God. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life #life #death #euthanisia #God #Christ
We need to aspire towards union with God as the ultimate common good of society. Otherwise, we are like sheep without a good shepherd.
I am a pretty weak creature, prone to error and inconsistent in good judgement. Like sheep do, I need a shepherd. The Lord is my Shepherd. We must choose our shepherd well. Who will we follow? https://youtu.be/m-rtNVdWQHQ?feature=shared
"What we see unfolding in our world is a vicious pattern of hatreds rooted in the rejection of God, of the dignity of the human person, and the sanctity of the family. We can eradicate these ills only through a firm reliance on God, through a deeper devotion to Christ and the Gospel, through a sincere love for persons reflected in law, and through a renewed commitment to justice and public order." - adapted from a statement by Bishop M. Burbridge
If you have not moved to a bitcoin standard, your currency is being destroyed along with your standard of living and your freedom. Thank you @agustin_kassis and for spreading the message of #bitcoin and #nostr , both powerful tools to fight the system of theft which has been stealing from us, not just in Argentina, but in every country in the world that runs on central bank money printing.
Struggle is a part of the human experience. Whether we realize it or not, each one of us has the agency to choose the good, the true, and the beautiful even when it is difficult. Our human weakness tempts us to avoid suffering at all costs and choose the false promises of selfishness. These choices ultimately hurt others and leave us unsatisfied. The season of Lent has traditionally been a training ground for Christians to learn to suffer for a higher cause as Jesus modeled when he went to the desert for 40 days, fasted, and was tempted. With prayer and a heart committed to love God and others, we receive the grace we need to overcome temptation and bring light into a dark and selfish world. The reward is real joy and a lasting internal peace that only Christ can deliver.
