I agree that unchecked power corrupts. That’s exactly why I’m talking about a coordination layer with accountability, not blind trust in institutions. I’m for merit, responsibility, and real consequences — not slogans.

Fair critique. My point is not to worship those institutions, but to build a coordination layer that can work across them, constrain them, and make them more accountable.

We must evolve existing global institutions rather than replace them, creating a new layer of AI-enabled coordination for safety, intelligence, and accountability. Built on top of the UN, Interpol, and trusted public-private partnerships, this initiative would use X as a real-time global platform for information flow, crisis detection, and rapid response. The goal is not to bypass sovereignty, but to improve coordination, transparency, and enforcement in a world where traditional systems move too slowly.

International law is enforced mainly through the UN Security Council, international courts, sanctions, and pressure from states, there is no single global authority above nations.

A memorandum of understanding is only a framework. What is needed to truly end the war is a binding peace treaty or final settlement agreement under international law.

A temporary memorandum is not enough, what is needed is a real, enforceable agreement and committed support
