71/176 First things first. Hyrox seems the ideal addition to my marathon program. Both my anaerobic performance and my ability to handle anaerobic stress have improved a lot. Today’s session felt quite easy. 7x 1 min strides with a pace of 3:50 min/km. I’m so happy to be on the right path. 🙏

Ich fand seinen vibe auch schwer erträglich. Habe durchgehalten, weil ich die Gäste sehr schätze. Am Ende sind alle Unzulänglichkeiten die Manu Bitcoin zuschreibt, nur am Übergang zum Fiat / KYC System ein Problem. Bitcoin legt dieses Fiasko des legacy Systems offen, warum dann die Kritik?
